Also, I would like to take this time to thank Cec & Kaycee for coming on board for completing one of the videos I had started and never got around to finishing! They did an awesome job with it and I’m very excited about it! Go check out what they did at jenniebug.net. I look forward to seeing what everyone else has done for the other videos.

Aleisha, thanks girlie for that intro for the Firefly/Serenity video. It looks awesome and I can’t wait to finish working on the video with you!

I have a proposition for anyone who is willing to take it. I have several, and I mean several, unfinished videos that I was hoping to finish but alas, I don’t think I will. My proposition is for anyone who wants to attempt to finish the videos. Since I opened up this award site, I’ve found it hard to find time to vid, but I enjoy running this place too much to keep you all waiting for long periods of time. I’m always so anxious at closing a round out, that you’ve noticed 2 out of 3 of the rounds closed early ’cause I was so eager to watch the vids. Having said this, anyone who wants to help me finish up some of my vids that I’ve started, let me know. You’ll find a list of videos that I’ve started and would really love to get finished. And of course, whoever helps will be credited. I did a collaboration with Stormwolfe last year to the Blade trilogy and that vid has done quite well at awards sites and it was really fun to do. Unfinished videos:

• Coyote Ugly : I only have a little over a minute of this video done to a 5+ minute song.

• Pearl Harbor : I wanted to make a bittersweet look at the main characters in this movie. Granted, it is to a song that has been used quite a bit but I really would love to work on this with someone.

• Scream : My idea for this was to make a love song through a killer’s eyes. It’s a far out stretch, but I thought it might work.

• Mr. & Mrs. Smith : This started out as an extended trailer but I never got around to finishing it. Instrumental music from the Kill Bill soundtrack.

• One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest : I wanted to make a video to this movie for ages now. I finally got it started but it needs alot of work and finishing.

• King Kong : I’ve got about half of this video done. I just need fillers!

Misc. Buffy Vids:

• The ‘Buffy’s a Ho’ vid! That’s kind of what I’ve nicknamed this video. I started this after I realized that in my Dawn/Connor vid, I kinda made Dawn seem a bit promiscuous (sp?). And we all know that Buffy has had her fair share of guys and I wanted to incorporate it in this video. Oz can be substituted for Willow, Tara, Riley, or Parker.

• The Latin Drusilla video. I wanted to make this and submit it at Dragon*Con when I go this fall. I’m having some trouble with finding the right clips for Dru at the point that it’s stopped on. It’s kind of in chronological order of her life but I really need some help and pointers on this.

• The Serious Trio video. I wanted to take a more serious look at the Trio. I actually have lots of ideas for this, but I’m at a loss at the moment. It doesn’t have much footage at all, but it would work and would look great if I could get some of the timing worked out in the beginning. Would love for this one to be effects heavy and I’m kinda bad at effecting stuff right now.

• The Willow/Oz – Donna’s very very very very very belated birthday present video. I wanted to make a Willow/Oz video for Donna because we all know how much she loves Seth Green and that Willow/Oz is her favorite pairing on the show. I started this and it is missing ALOT of footage, mainly because I need to sit down and watch all of Buffy again to get familiar with all of the eps they were in together.

• Firefly/Serenity Video: I found the perfect song for a Firefly/Serenity video but I am having so much difficulty getting started with it. Would love it someone could help out with the intro to the song. Thanks, Aleisha for starting this for me! Look forward to working on this with you!

You guys are awesome. I asked for help and I cannot believe the response I got. Nothing is set in stone as of right now. I have sent the projects to those interested and am waiting to hear back, so if you’d still like to work on a video that’s been striked through, just let me know!
